Elena Marlow walking through a client’s home with a rolled plan

Write to Elena about your home.

Send a short email and we will arrange a call. You do not need plans or decisions yet. Elena will read what you send and say where she would begin, and why.

A few details help Elena give you a useful answer.

A rough outline will do. Include what you know and leave out what is not decided yet.

“You do not need every answer before you write. The home, the part that feels hardest to figure out, and where the project stands are plenty.”

What happens once we have your email.

Nothing is agreed until you have spoken.

01

Elena reads it

She looks at the photographs, where the project stands and what kind of help would fit it best.

02

You get a recommendation

Full service, a floor plan, or a first call to talk it through, with the reason for the choice.

03

We talk it through

On the call we go through the home, what you care about most, timing, what is staying and any building work.

Still not sure?

Do I need professional plans before getting in touch?

No. Send plans if you have them. Photographs, a tape measure and a few clear lines are plenty to get the conversation going.

Can we start over a call?

Yes. We hold calls with the plans open across the UK. Whether that is enough depends on the home and the help you need.

Should I talk to you before I talk to a builder?

Either is fine, but earlier usually costs you less. Once the lights and finishes are fixed on site, changing them costs real money.
